We knew we wanted another Volvo and we only had the money from the insurance company and we had to fight for every penny of it! Used cars are harder to find these days. Our trip took us from WV to southern VA on to Maryland and then to No VA where we finally found this C70. We told Bryce that we had found a really nice red wagon. We told him we hadn't signed the papers yet as we wanted him to see it first. He was not happy on the phone and basically told us we were wasting our time, but being the good kid that he is, he said he would look at it and he didn't mind the wagons. Imagine his face when this was in the driveway. He was very happy with our choice. He knows the same rules are in place to keep the keys and that does require straight A's!

A new set of wheels
It seems that the past month has just flown by. I have been busy planning the Father Daughter Dance at the kids school, fighting with the insurance company and finally settling with them and then car shopping. It just isn't as much fun the 2nd time around. We did find this for Bryce and played a little trick on him. He was very frustrated in our hunt for the perfect car and we were all a little fed up.

So sorry your family went through all this! Glad your son was not seriously injured! That is funny that he wanted a Volvo. I had my mothers old '85 bread box Volvo and would have done anything to not drive that thing! Luckily, they have gotten much better in the looks but more importantly, safety department. :)
Bryce will most likely always drive a Volvo after his experience. It really saved him. We wanted to find him another 850, but they aren't that easy to come by.
