Anyway, I did finish my little Flirt dress which was inspired by a vintage pattern.
Then I decided to finish up this little dress. When I ordered the fabric, I had a different vision, but as I put it together, this is what "it" had in mind.

Vintage sewing
I have always loved the look of the vintage sewing patterns. I don't like working with them though because even though I know how to put things together, I still feel like I'm missing a step if I don't read the directions, so of course I read the directions which make no sense at all and always proceed to make the outfit the way I would have without reading directions. See, I'm confused even posting about it.

Both of these are so cool. I wish Emily was still into "boutique" but she isn't unless it is Hello Kitty! LOL!
But little niece Kailyn, who turns 1 year old on 7/13, is into everything. :)
